Why We Built This Site
Arkansas provides public routes to many dockets and case records, but Union County uses more than one custodian. The Union County Circuit Clerk keeps Circuit Court criminal, civil, domestic-relations, and juvenile case records. The County Clerk serves as Probate Clerk for probate, small-estate, guardianship, commitment, and adoption files. The District Court Clerk maintains lower-court matters such as traffic, misdemeanors, limited civil cases, and small claims. Search ARCourts offers an informational statewide index, while the local clerk supplies an official or certified record. We bring those roles, contacts, search steps, and access limits together in a clear local reference.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket help: how Union County criminal court dockets and civil court dockets are located and read
- Dates and settings: ways to check the court schedule and confirm a hearing with the proper clerk
- Case lookup: how to use Docket Search and Search ARCourts by case number or participant
- Record requests: how to identify the custodian and request court case records or certified copies
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, not part of an Arkansas court, clerk’s office, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot retrieve an official docket sheet or case file
- We cannot set, change, or confirm a hearing date
- We cannot alter, remove, or seal a docketed case
- We cannot issue a certified order, judgment, or court record
- We cannot offer legal advice about a specific matter
- We cannot promise that a listed fee, contact, or setting remains current
An official or certified Union County court record must come from the clerk or court that maintains the original file.
Search Partners
Some content pages display search tools operated by outside providers. Those companies control their own results, terms, data practices, and prices. We may receive a referral fee when a visitor follows a tool to a paid service. That support helps make the reference material available without charge, but it does not give us control over a partner’s service or make its output an official Arkansas court record.
