Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information collected when someone visits Union County Court Docket, the reasons it is used, and the limited circumstances in which another service may receive it. By continuing to browse or use the website, you accept the practices stated here.

Data You Give Us Directly

Search Queries

A name, case number, or other term entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the request and displays its results. We do not retain or log those search terms on our own systems.

Messages and Contact Submissions

When you email us, we retain the message as needed to respond. We do not disclose it outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Data We Gather Automatically

Our servers may receive routine technical information whenever a visitor opens a page:

  • The device’s IP address
  • Browser name and version
  • Operating system and device category
  • Pages viewed and time spent on them
  • The referring website, when supplied
  • Date and time information for page views

Cookies and Analytics

Cookies are small files saved on a device. We use them with analytics services to understand aggregate traffic, including popular pages and common exit points. Browser controls can block cookies, although doing so may change how parts of the website function.

What We Do With This Data

  • Diagnose technical problems and protect site operation
  • Maintain reliable page loading and service availability
  • Route a search request to the selected outside provider
  • Measure which pages visitors use and where improvements are needed
  • Display advertising that may reflect a visitor’s interests

No Court-Record Data on File

Union County Court Docket does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of court dockets or personal case records. It publishes general directions to Search ARCourts and the Circuit, Probate, and District Court offices serving Union County from El Dorado. Arkansas Administrative Order 19 governs access to court records, while Arkansas FOIA, Ark. Code §§ 25-19-101 et seq., applies to many government records without overriding judicial access rules. Neither law turns this private site into the official custodian. We are not a consumer reporting agency, and visitor data is not assembled into reports about third parties.

Third-Party Search Partners

Outside companies power the search boxes shown on some pages. Information submitted to a partner is governed by that company’s privacy policy, retention rules, and sharing practices rather than this policy. Review those terms before sending a query because we do not control the provider’s handling of it.

Links to Other Websites

Links may lead to Search ARCourts, Union County clerk pages, Arkansas court resources, legal-aid organizations, or commercial search services. The destination’s privacy policy applies after you leave our website, so read it before providing personal information.

Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select targeted ads. We do not operate that tracking.

Who Might See Your Data

We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be received by:

  • Analytics providers that measure traffic and performance
  • Search partners that process queries submitted through their tools
  • Advertising networks that deliver ads
  • Government or law-enforcement authorities acting under a valid legal demand

How We Protect Your Data

We use customary safeguards for the information we collect. No internet service can guarantee complete security, however. We work to reduce risk but cannot promise that unauthorized access or a data breach will never occur.

Users Under 18

This website is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. If we learn that a minor supplied such information, we will delete it.

Your Data Rights

The privacy or consumer-protection law that applies where you live may provide rights concerning your personal information. Arkansas FOIA addresses qualifying records held by public entities, and Administrative Order 19 addresses Arkansas court records; neither is a general right to private website analytics. Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of eligible information
  • Object to or opt out of certain processing

Updates to This Policy

We may revise this privacy policy. A revised version becomes available on this page with an updated effective date, so review it periodically for changes in our practices.

Effective date: August 14, 2026
